The qualifications we are looking for
▪ You hold an academic degree in the field of IT or Business IT
▪ You have gained at least 2 years of working experience in an agile environment

▪ You have a profound knowledge in JAVA and JEE as well as in the use of Unix

willing and capable to familiarize yourself quickly with those tools
▪ You have good oral and written skills in English (German will be a plus)
What we offer you

Projects: We have a product development department at our location. Some developments are
also handled in project form, which is certainly the smaller part. Currently we have a position in a
project for the insurance industry to prevent fraud. Another position is a product team.
Software development or code maintenance? All product teams have one or more products
under their responsibility. This includes feature development as well as code maintenance. All
lanes are currently also working on the migration of our platform - from Jboss 4.2.3 to Wildfly.
Important to know: due to our approach and our structure, the percentage of coding in the daily
work is between 10 and 40%. Other topics are business understanding, testing and test
organization, coordination with other teams, code reviews and transfer of knowledge /
documentation, etc.
Which methodology is used? We work with agile procedures, i.e. Scrum and Kanban. Each
team consists of 6-10 people - including scrum masters, product owners, IT operations employees
and possibly MAs from special disciplines.
Salary and benefits. Experienced applicants receive between us 55 to 65 k Euro (including Plan
Bonus). It is important to know that all our contracts are so-called bonus contracts. This means that
there is a fixed and a variable share of the annual salary. The variable portion (bonus) is
approximately 10-15%. An agreement with the supervisor is made at the start of the contract /
beginning of the year with the setting of a Min / Plan / Max target. In addition to the annual salary,
